We provide shower door installation and repair, custom glass shower enclosures, and residential interior/exterior door installation and repair within our Florida service area. Specific scope, materials, and pricing for your project are defined in your written quote or work agreement, which forms part of your contract with us.

3. Quotes & Estimates

• Quotes are free and typically valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices shown on this website are starting estimates; your exact price is confirmed in writing after measurement.
• If hidden conditions are discovered (e.g., rotted framing, out-of-plumb walls beyond tolerance), we will pause and provide a revised written quote before proceeding.

4. Scheduling & Access

• We will confirm an arrival window before each visit and notify you of any delays.
• You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, including clear paths, electricity, and an adult (18+) present during the visit.
• Please secure pets and remove fragile or valuable items from the work area.

5. Payments

• Deposits (typically 40–50% for installations) are due as stated in your agreement to order custom materials.
• Final balance is due upon completion and walkthrough approval.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards unless otherwise agreed. Returned checks or chargebacks may incur fees permitted by law.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, deposits, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our installation labor against defects in workmanship for the period stated in your written agreement. This covers issues such as leaks from our seals, loose hardware we installed, and misalignment from our fitting under normal residential use. It does not cover misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or manufacturer product defects (covered separately by manufacturer warranties).

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Follow the care instructions we provide (e.g., curing time for sealants, approved cleaners for glass and finishes).
• Notify us promptly of any concern so we can inspect and correct it under warranty.
• Ensure the information you provide (address, contact details, project details) is accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All text, images, logos, and design on this website belong to Cystal Shower Doors LLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
• You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information through our forms, or attempt to disrupt the site's operation.
